Extrusion Process:
Extrusion steps of industrial aluminum profiles
Aluminum rod tiling → aluminum rod heating → temperature up to 480
℃ and heat preservation for 1H → mold heating to 480 ℃ → mold
placed in mold base → sent to raw material port → extrusion →
traction → straightening → aging → discharge → heat preservation
for 2h after 200 ℃ → cooling → completion
1, Aluminum rod tiling
Lay the prepared aluminum rods on the material rack, and reserve a
certain gap between the aluminum rods. Be careful not to stack the
aluminum rods, otherwise it will increase the working difficulty of
the extruder
2, Aluminum rod heating
The temperature control shall be ensured for the heating treatment
of aluminum rod. It shall be heated at room temperature. When the
heating time reaches 3.5H, the temperature will reach 480 ℃. If the
temperature is too high or too low, it will directly affect the
hardness of finished products. Therefore, the temperature must be
strictly controlled during heating and cooling;
Three. Mold heating
The heating temperature of the die is the same as that of the
aluminum rod, which is heated to 480 ℃ and then insulated
4, Mold preparation
After the mold and aluminum rod are heated and insulated, you can
put the mold into the extruder seat for extrusion
5, The aluminum rod is sent to the raw material port
Put the cut aluminum bar into the raw material inlet of the
extruder for extrusion
6, Aluminum profile bar extrusion
Wait for the extruded aluminum profile to come out of the discharge
port
7, Aluminum profile tractor
The aluminum profile at the discharge port is pulled by a tractor,
and then the length dimension is determined for cutting
8, Aluminum profile straightening
After cutting the length, the aluminum profile can be sent to the
alignment table for straightening, and the straightened aluminum
profile can be transported to the finished product area for fixed
length cutting.
9, Aging treatment
Put the cut aluminum profile into the material frame according to
the requirements, transport it to the aging area, enter the aging
furnace for aging treatment, heat preservation for 2h after the
aging temperature reaches 200 ℃, and then wait for discharging;
10, Natural cooling
After aging, the furnace can be discharged. After entering the
cooling stage, it can be cooled naturally or with a cold fan. At
this time, the extrusion work is completed, and the extrusion of
aluminum profiles with qualified appearance quality and shape and
size is completed.

Aluminum Profiles Features:
Corrosion resistance
The density of aluminum profile is only 2.7g/cm3, which is about
1/3 of that of steel, copper or brass (7.83g/ cm3, 8.93g/ cm3,
respectively). In most environmental conditions, including in air,
water (or salt water), petrochemistry and many chemical systems,
aluminum can show excellent corrosion resistance.
conductivity

On the basis of equal weight, the conductivity of aluminum is
nearly 1/2 of copper.
Thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is about 50-60% of

application of handling or contacting inflammable and explosive
materials.
Processability
The processability of aluminum profile is excellent. In various
deformation and casting aluminum alloys, and in the various states
after the production of these alloys, the machining characteristics
have changed greatly, which requires special machine tools or
technologies.
Formability
The allowable deformation is controlled by specific tensile
strength, yield strength, ductility and corresponding processing
hardening rate.
Recyclability
Aluminum has high recovery, and the characteristics of recycled
aluminum are almost the same as that of primary aluminum.

4, Fluorocarbon spraying
Fluorocarbon spraying is a kind of electrostatic spraying and
liquid spraying. The fluorocarbon spray coating used is a coating
made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin baking as the base material
or metal aluminum powder as the color material. There are
suspension type and semi suspension type. The suspension type
refers to the pretreatment and spraying of aluminum, and the
aluminum will be suspended during curing. The fluorocarbon coating
with excellent quality has metallic luster, bright color and
obvious three-dimensional feeling.
